Don't be like that - I remember that Clarins scrub you bought (and on your recommendation I did too - it did nothing for me). But I'm back on the Beauty Flash Balm and love it so much.

ooh, I do love a good make up post...

daily face :

Moisturizer (Lush Imperialis, or Clarins Flash Beauty Balm or Clarins SPF 15 something or other, can't remember the name)

Translucent powder (By Terry or YSL or T Leclerc)

Guerlain Terracotta used as blush

Lipstick or gloss (various brands and colors depending on mood, occasion...)

Sometimes eyeliner (black or dark brown By Terry) and/or shadow (also By Terry, a very light shimmmery golden beige shade) but am usually too lazy to do much with eye make up.

I too love to share in the makeup/beauty product adventure! Haven't done this in some time... And my habits tend to change according to the time of year, or according to whether one of my favorite products has just been discontinued -- which seems to happen more often than I'd like!

In any case, here goes:

Either the Clarins Radiance-Plus Self-Tanning Cream-Gel (Soin Multi-Eclat) or Caudalie's new Energizing Day Cream, on alternating days... some eye cream/gel as well... (Vichy, Biotherm)

Then Baume Beauté Eclair as well -- this acts more as a makeup base for me, as I don't believe it's meant to serve as only a moisturizer -- but I ADORE this product, and I've been using it for years, so I totally understand, Julia! I hate when I run out -- I literally scrape out the last little bit in the tube...

I use a tinted moisturizer next, either Laura Mercier's or Clinique -- which I can't get here in France; they don't carry the same Clinique products here.

Then an undereye concealer, either Clinique or Laura Mercier.

Some cream/gel blush on the cheeks, and this great highlighting cheek product from Biotherm called Light Reflect in #30; a bit of eyeshadow on the lids, usually Stila's Kitten; a touch of eyeliner, YSL in #9, and finally some color on the lips. I try to use mascara, but I have a hard time tolerating it because of my contacts -- even the kind for sensitive eyes. So I save it for special occasions!

I'm going to have to break out the self-tanner soon, as spring is FINALLY hitting us here in Paris (although today it's chilly again, with the temperatures barely grazing 70° F, 13° C -- I wish it would be warm for good!) Without self-tanner, though, especially on my legs, I'm white as a ghost -- and I won't be getting many opportunities this summer to get some sun...

OK, I'm a bit too wordy, sorry about that! Just wanted to share...

Avene light moisturising cream

Chantecaille future skin foundation in ivory - amazing!

Fresh supernova mascara in black

Benefit benetint on cheeks (faking a healthy glow!)

Stila convertible colour in rose (I think) and Carmex lip balm on lips.

C'est tout!
