I thought I was ready for a relationship.
I was, when I dipped my toe into the pool.

It did indeed used to be easier. Do you know what I think it is ... we are a little older, more experienced and most importantly spoilt for choice. It makes any sort of decision to chose all that more difficult ;)
Yes. It used to be easier, but then I sometimes think it's more that I used to be so unaware of the way things were. I also used to be unafraid, so I took chances, sometimes foolish chances, but I didn't hold myself back.
Anyhow, not sure my point.
